Phase I STS Certification
Minneapolis, MN - February 15, 2000 - Velos Medical
Informatics, Inc. today announced that its Velos Cardiology and
Cardiothoracic Surgery information system has been Phase I certified
by the Society of Thoracic Surgeons for use by participants in the
STS National Cardiac Surgery Database. Velos Cardiology and
Cardiothoracic Surgery is a scalable information system designed to
meet a wide range of customer needs in the cardiovascular
market.

customers will now be able to participate in the STS National
Database submission to validate their individual facility
